Over One-Third of Richmond’s Recorded Tree Conditions Were Vacant

The original Richmond Urban Forestry Inventory contained empty rows, which were removed during preprocessing, resulting in 35,584 valid records. The 64 entries with blank condition fields were consolidated under the "Vacant" category for consistency.
