Nearly 50,000 More People Moved Out of Philly Than Moved In

Over the last two years, Philadelphia posted a net loss of nearly 50,000 residents, excluding immigrants, between the number of people who moved out of the city and those who moved in. By contrast, Phoenix's home county saw an increase in net domestic migration of over 76,000 residents.
