All local spending of opioid settlement funds in WV

This searchable table shows all expenditures from locality opioid settlement dollars in West Virginia between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. The spending only accounts for the localities' first share of opioid settlement funds.

At least 70 local governments who previously returned spending reports to the West Virginia First Foundation did not file this year. Of the 171 localities that did file spending reports, 100 reported no expenditures.

This spending was self-reported by the governments.
