Majority of precincts have 10 or fewer federal-only voters
Statewide, federal-only voters comprise less than 1% of registered voters. The median precinct has 10 people on the federal-only voter list, and about half the state's precincts have fewer than that. The handful of precincts that contain more than 300 federal-only voters are almost all near college campuses.
