Preference for NSW rail dispute

Q: The union for NSW Trains, the RTBU, has been asking the NSW state government for better pay and conditions, including a pay rise, a reduced 35-hour week and improved shift penalties. The government have not yet agreed, and the union has threatened further action that would affect public transport as a result. What is your preferred outcome?
