The price for full-time center-based OST care for a school-age child is the sum of the price of before/after school care and full-time summer care, as reported for Kentucky by Child Care Aware® of America in 2019. Percent differences were calculated by subtracting the average annual price of full-time OST care for 1 school-age child from the prices of the other common annual expenditures for families in Kentucky and dividing these figures by the prices of the other common annual expenditures for families in Kentucky.
