Fatal drug overdoses in Lawrence County spiked in 2022

Lawrence, Lehigh, and Chester Counties spent or committed opioid settlement funds to support the work of their coroner offices.

Of those three, Lawrence had the highest fatal drug overdose rate: 9.8 deaths per 10,000 people in 2022.
