Rostraver homicide

A mother of three was fatally shot late Wednesday in Rostraver by her live-in boyfriend, police said. Estela Rivera Vasquez, 35, was found in the basement of her home along Route 136 with a gunshot wound to the chest. She was taken to an area hospital and later died.
