Pa. counties in the green and yellow phases

Philadelphia and other counties in southeastern Pennsylvania have moved into the “yellow” phase of Gov. Tom Wolf’s reopening plan. In this phase, all businesses can reopen, but many are limited to 50% capacity. About half of the state’s counties are now in the least-restrictive “green” phase, which lifts most restrictions. Another 12 counties will enter the green phase on June 12.
