Digital Accessibility Over Time: Overall Results 2025 vs. 2026

The chart shows the development of digital accessibility across 245 analyzed websites between March 2025 and February 2026. It presents the total number of websites, the average Lighthouse score, as well as the number and share of websites across all scoring levels (100, 90+, 80+, 70+, 60+, and below 50 points).

The analysis is based on 245 websites from ten socially relevant sectors, examined using the same sample in both years to ensure direct comparability. Technical accessibility was assessed using the Google Lighthouse tool. A score of 100 points indicates a fully accessible website according to the tested Lighthouse criteria. Percentages refer to the total sample. Average values are rounded. The comparison enables a direct year-on-year assessment of development.
