Some Agencies Saw a Flood of DRP Separations, Others a Trickle

The share of the Philadelphia metro area's federal workers who left under the deferred resignation program varied widely by agency. Some workplaces saw well over half of last year's separations come as a result of the program. At others, only a handful of workers left that way.

The Philadelphia metro area includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties in New Jersey; New Castle County in Delaware; and Cecil County in Maryland. Data for the United States Postal Service and employees working in most law enforcement or national security roles are not included.
