The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities falls above other schools for 2022-23 in-state tuition and fees and in the middle for out-of-state tuition and fees and average student debt when comparing five universities in the Big Ten.
Chart showing tuition and fees and average student debt for five Big Ten universities.
Average student debt is based on numbers from the 2021-22 academic year except for Michigan State University's debt, which is from 2020-21, and the University of Minnesota's debt, which is from 2020.
All data is from each respective university. Other Big Ten universities were not included in the analysis because the Minnesota Daily did not receive responses or updated tuition and fees estimates from them.
