MBA applications to full-time, two=year U.S. programs fell for the third consecutive year, according to a recent report by the Graduate Management Admission Council. But it's quite a different story at the top of the heap. Among the Top 25 most highly ranked business schools, 20 experienced an increase in apps over that same timeframe. Only five saw declines.
