Over the fourth week of September 2025, the total dollar amount of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings fell 12%, totaling nearly $395 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This marked a 9% increase in total dollar volume week-over-week. The median last asking price rose 19% to $1.4 million, while the average time on market was relatively stable at 113 days.
