Functional Marker Subsets

This plot shows the difference in functional marker subset frequencies between 2 blood preservation conditions:
–Standard TokuKit Protocol: Blood collected in a sodium heparin vacutainer and fixed with TokuKit after two hours.
–Collect in Cyto-Chex, preserve with TokuKit: Blood collected in a Cyto-Chex tube and fixed with TokuKit after 48 hours.

Replicate samples from 3 healthy donors were collected under each condition and analyzed on a 25-marker spectral flow cytometry panel.

The bias line (y = =-3.3983) shows the average difference in immune cell population frequencies across all populations.

The LoA lines show 95% of the cell population frequency differences fall between the lower and upper limits of agreement (y = -12.5053, 5.7088).
