Counts include trial clients and NDIS participants who have exited the scheme. The NDIA is in the process of implementing the new PEAC system, with some data is still emerging. This analysis focus on active Victoria NDIS participants, excludes NDIS participants who are inactive or active participants without an active plan. The calculation of the plan utilisation rate is based on a cash basis, in-kind supports are excluded from this analysis as it is not possible to accurately separate in-kind payments and committed amounts between plans. The utilisation rate will likely increase due to a lag between when support is provided and when it is paid.
