Colorado is in the middle of what could be a historic six-year run of TABOR refunds. TABOR refunds are paid when certain state tax revenues grow faster than a rate determined by inflation and population growth.
Year refers to the fiscal year that the revenue was collected. Refunds may be paid in a variety of ways. Data for fiscal year 2022-23 is a projection based on available data, while 2023-24 and beyond are forecasts.
