Women have seen increased pay equity over the years but are still not earning at the same rate as men. In 2016, median incomes for full-time, year-round jobs translated into 86 cents earned by women to every $1 earned by men in Colorado. The research on Colorado was funded by the Women's Foundation of Colorado.
