Council District, Comparative Vote Total from 2021 to 2023 Elections

This chart compares the total amount of votes each council district received from 2021 to 2023, as measured in a % decrease (no districts increased the amount of votes). There was a redistricting between 2021 and 2023, so the districts aren't perfectly comparable, but most are very similar. The only special note are districts 43 and 47. Justin Brannan was in district 43 in 2021, but redistricting put him in 47 in 2023. As a result, I compared JB's vote totals from the two elections, and display that comparison in district 47 in this map.
