INDICATOR: INSECURE HOUSING CONDITIONS

Note: “LGBT+ persons” includes respondents who have described their sexual orientation as “homosexual”, “bisexual”, “asexual” or “other” or who identify as a different gender than the one they were assigned at birth. It includes respondents who report living for free with family or friends or in shelters/have nowhere to live. Too few report living in a shelter or having nowhere to live to provide a separate figure for this group. It is merely a proxy for experiencing insecure housing conditions. There is a significant difference (p < 0.05). Number of observations: 4,226.
