Democratic polling bias since 2016, by election type

Note: Average bias in polls of presidential, U.S. House (including generic ballot), U.S. Senate, and gubernatorial general elections in which the top two finishers were a Democrat and a Republican. The calculations reflect a simple average of all qualifying polls with a median field date within 21 days of the election.
