NOTES: N=311,917 first-in-year releases. In the case that a person is released from prison twice in the same year, we use that person's information from their first release that year. Legacy programs include Anger Management, Criminal Thinking, Family Relationships, and SUDT. ISUDT programs include CBI Intensive Outpatient, CBI Outpatient, and CBI Life Skills.
