How the property was divided

Flato Upper Markham Village Inc. bought the original 102-acre lot in Markham for $15 million in 2017. In 2023, the lot was severed into four parts: 1 and 3 were acquired by Torca UMV Inc. for $62 million. 2 and 4 were transferred to a company run by developer Weixiang Wang for $2, property records show.
