As max temperatures averaged around 90 degrees Fahrenheit, July 2023 saw a rise in ED visits over its first two weeks that outmatched the latter half of June. A similar pattern happened a year earlier, though July 2023's uptick was 43% worse in terms of ED visits, year over year.
