US Shuffles Troop Deployments In Europe

The United States had approximately 80,000 troops deployed in Europe in 2025, according to estimates by the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

While the contingent in Poland is expected to grow by some 5,000, the US force in Germany is shrinking by the same number, and some 700 rotational troops will not be redeployed to Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria.
