Explore the alleged fraudulent transactions in Gregg Township from 2019-2024

Gregg Township's former secretary and treasurer, Pamela Hackenburg, has been charged by State Police with stealing almost $533,000 in taxpayer funds.

Spotlight PA obtained records of the transactions as identified by the township after commissioning an independent audit.

The vast majority of transactions in this database were made on Gregg Township's First National Bank credit cards. There are several transactions where money was paid back into or credited to that account, which is indicated by a "-" in front of the amount. There are also a couple dozen instances of cash rent or event fees that were never deposited.
