So far in 2021, apartment deals of over $2M represented 62% of Manhattan's aggregate sales total. This is down from a high of 67% in 2016 and 2017. However, as prices have steadily increased, the share of $2M+ sales has tripled since 2003 and the total dollar amount is up more than six-fold.
