Underground wires, public input and protecting key spaces

In survey responses, 1,004 residents of northern Virginia and the Richmond metropolitan area indicated the relative importance of various rules. The most important was putting electricity transmission lines underground, which exerted more than one-quarter of the combined influence of all the factors tested in the survey.
