Note: HHAP = Homelessness Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Grant Program. HHAP “bonus” funds not reflected. Totals include funding from over 40 homelessness-related programs, many of which received one-time funding. Spending excludes bond funds from Proposition 1 (2024).
