The map uses a colour scale from dark red (largest increases) through neutral to blue (falls). The largest increase was in Neubau, 7th district, at +41%, reaching €26.30 per square metre. Brigittenau (20th) rose +25%, Landstraße (3rd) +23%, Hietzing (13th) and Hernals (17th) both +22%. The only falling districts were Donaustadt (22nd, −5%) and Alsergrund (9th, −1%).
