Change in Median Advertised Rental Prices in Vienna by District 2025 (vs. 2024)
Choropleth map of Vienna's 23 districts showing the percentage change in advertised rents on new lettings in 2025 compared to 2024, based on ImmoScout24 data covering approximately 183,000 listings from January to October 2025. Rents shown are median gross figures — net rent plus operating costs — excluding heating and electricity. The map uses a colour scale from dark red (largest increases) through neutral to blue (falls). The largest increase was in Neubau, 7th district, at +41%, reaching €26.30 per square metre. Brigittenau (20th) rose +25%, Landstraße (3rd) +23%, Hietzing (13th) and Hernals (17th) both +22%. The only falling districts were Donaustadt (22nd, −5%) and Alsergrund (9th, −1%).
