Clemson spent the most on total recruiting expenses but ranked third to last in overall ACC standings, showing that more money spent on recruiting doesn't necessarily lead to a better athletic rank.
ACC Schools 2019 recruiting expenses in 2019 based on the order of which they finished in their overall NACDDA rankings. Florida State University was the lowest ranked and spent the fourth most money on recruiting expenses.
