How San Antonio voted for police collective bargaining (Proposition B)

In the May 1 election, precincts clustered in San Antonio's urban core voted overwhelmingly to strip the police union of its ability to collectively bargain. However, they were outflanked by voters in the suburban outskirts of the city. Proposition B failed 48.8% to 51.2%.
