Eighteen county commissions in Colorado have passed resolutions declaring their counties Second Amendment “sanctuaries” in response to the red flag bill working its way through the Colorado statehouse. Some counties had already passed similar resolutions in response to the legislature passing magazine limits in 2013. The Teller and El Paso county resolutions did not use the term “sanctuary.”
