Manhattan Residential Contracts from June 8-14, 2026

Over the second week of June 2026, 277 apartment and townhouse signings were reported in Manhattan, 16 more than the prior week and 57 more than the same week in 2025. Aggregate dollar volume based on last ask increased 9% week over week and 13% year over year.

The median asking price of signed contracts was $1.445 million, up 7% from the previous week and up 1% from a year ago. Average time on market slipped to 106 days.
