The Ada County Highway District COULD RESTRICT 66 of its Flashing Yellow arrow signals to keep them from going off during peak hours. Here's THE KIND OF SIGNAL THEY were before.

Since 2010, the Ada County Highway District has been installing flashing yellow arrows, which permit drivers to make a turn after they yield to oncoming traffic. Now, ACHD is considering updating the flashing yellow arrows along 66 roads with speeds of over 45 miles per hour so that they don't go off during peak hours when traffic volumes are high and there are few opportunities to turn left.
