The blue bars compare the average rent prices for two-bedroom apartments in buildings with more than three units in Ottawa and Toronto over the last nine years. According to Capital Current's analysis of the data, rent prices increased by 33.3 per cent in Ottawa and 36.2 per cent in Toronto from 2014 to 2023.
