The "bad time" trend has steadily increased from a low of 41% saying this and 50% saying "good time" in 2009 to 72% saying "bad time" in 2015 (18% "good time"). After a slight decline in 2016, in 2017, 71% said "bad time," and that has risen steadily to the current record high of 92%.
