NOTES: Implementation grantees refer to LEAs that received the GSPP implementation grants, while non-implementation grantees refer to LEAs did not receive implementation grants. EL refers to student classified as English Learners. According to CDE, an English Learner is a student who has a language other than English identified on the Home Language Survey. Some of the bars do not add up to 100 percent for the student groups due to missing data. The percentage for gender does not add up to 100 percent due to missing values and computation for non-binary students.
