Median Home Price Pikes Peak region

Pikes Peak Association of Realtors data showing the median home price increases in several areas of the Pikes Peak region. The largest increases in home prices can be seen in Black Forest, Powers/Markshefell and Monument. Places like Calhan/Ramah, Colorado Springs Central, Security/Widefield and East/Southeast have increased but at a more steady rate.
