How district seats were divided

Labour has secured a five-seat majority. The PN made gains across the board, increasing its share in all districts. ADPD and Momentum each secured a little over 1% of the total vote.

In Gozo, Labour won three seats to PN's two, with PN awarded a third seat through a proportionality mechanism.
