Fort Worth students show improvements on 2025 STAAR

The Fort Worth Education Partnership released Aug. 12 its annual analysis of STAAR performance. It found 37% of students living in the city met grade level on the state standardized tests for reading, math, science and social studies. That's a 2 percentage-point gain from 2024. However, it is still lower than the 39% measured before the pandemic in 2019.
