*Voids noncompete agreements of licensed architects if they are employed by an employer with at least 30 employees that has relocated the majority of its business outside of the state. **Makes noncompetes unenforceable when an employer discharges the employee without providing severance, unless the employee was terminated for cause. If the employer does provide severance, limits the duration of the noncompete to the duration of the severance benefits.
