Eastern Kentucky State Aid Funding for Emergencies (EKSAFE) spending

Weeks after a July 2022 flood ravaged Eastern Kentucky, leaving dozens dead and many homes uninhabitable, the state legislature approved a $213 million aid package called EKSAFE to assist in rebuilding efforts.
