Self-Driving Car Accidents by State (2025)

The map shows the total number of self-driving car accidents by state across the country. California leads with over 1,600 crashes involving both fully autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles. Texas and Arizona come next, reporting 345 and 341 incidents, respectively. Florida tops 200 crashes, with 191 of those involving ADAS-equipped vehicles.
