Southern Minneapolis neighborhoods received the most e-bike rebates in the city

Of the 304 Minneapolis residents who took home e-bike rebates, the majority came from southern Minneapolis neighborhoods. Twenty nine recieved the rebate in the greater Longfellow neighborhood alone.
