Monthly book-ins to ICE detention in New York state

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has field offices in Buffalo and New York City. The Buffalo area of responsibility (AOR) spans all of upstate. Both AORs have reported a surge in arrests and detentions since Markwayne Mullin became Homeland Security Secretary in March.
