Flock cameras take formation over Columbia streets

The Flock Camera System, placed in high-traffic areas as an automated license plate reader, now boasts 85 active cameras across Columbia since its implementation in March. Out of those, 42 cameras in 20 locations have been citizen-reported to the website DeFlock.me. Columbia Police Department declined to disclose camera locations.
