Methodology: At the beginning of each month, panelists are asked about the prior month's BLS unemployment rate. For the data collected February - April, respondents were given a scale ranging from "Less than 4%" to "Greater than 8%." For the data collected May - September, the scale was expanded to "Less than 4%" to "Greater than 15%"
