Real Estate Considerations for Returning to the Office

Extra-large organizations (those with 5,000+ employees) were much more likely to cite real estate considerations—e.g., lease agreements, office space availability—as a factor in the decision to return employees to the office.

Note: The survey data refers to HR professionals whose organization had a portion of their workforce fully remote during COVID, but have since returned to the the office (either fully in-person or hybrid).
