Moreno wins GOP mayoral primary by more than 2-to-1 margin

The former police detective won the Republican nomination for the second consecutive cycle, winning 25 of 32 wards. Note: Election Day votes have not yet been reported in three of 402 precincts: 19-10, 23-2 and 17-1.
